Note Edge finger print scanner won't work.

I tried to open my phone with the finger print scanner but it came up on my screen to try again later, now can't open my phone or use the scanner, what to do?

Fail the Auth at least 5 times, that'll lock the phone and will tell that it gonna send an email to the primary Gmail account on the phone to unlock it with a password or PIN#.

Once that you did that, contact your provider
