Video Transfer has audio but no video

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. I am transferring videos from my phone to my computer. For some reason some of the videos transfer fine while some of them only transfer the audio and no video. They were all taken with the same phone and they are all being transferred by usb. All of the videos are MP4. My computer is up to date. I have searched this on the internet and on the forums and can't find an actual answer to this problem. Yes I have VLC and have tried playing them on there but the video lags or is choppy. Besides, that is not an answer to the problem. I watch it on my phone with no issues. Can anyone tell me how fix this problem so that my videos download from my phone to my laptop and are all able to be watched the same way?

Since the issue is with your PC versus your actual phone I would suggest visiting our sister site --- Windows Central (Windows Central | News, Forums, Reviews, Help for Windows Phone) and asking over there. They should be able to help out .
