Why my smartphone did not detect to the internet even i open my mobile data?

This happen since i reset my phone. I only can access the internet using the wi-fi. It is difficult for me when i go out. I had switch of my phone then pull the sim card out and put it back but it doesnt resolve. I need a solution to solve my problem. This had happen for a week.
