My Droid will turn on but keeps rebooting, its just over a year old

I have a Droid and bought it in 2014, its just over a year old.
As of yesterday afternoon, when on, it continually restarts and receives the same text message over and over then restarts. I can turn it off and on with no issues, but once it is ON, continually restarts. Not sure what to do.
Its also been off all night and charges at 80%, i didn't plug it in last night...
HELP!!! I have contacts, pictures and my schedule is in that phone! I don't want to loose any of it! Although its all backed up...

If you backed everything up to Google, your calendar events will be on googles desktop calendar too.
