How can i get my S3 mini to turn on again?

After my PC was hacked I thought maybe my phone was hacked aswell..So for some reason I deactivated all programs on my phone whith names that sounded scary...I think I deactivated one to many.... I can not remember if the phone turned itself off or if I did, but the problem is that now it will not turn on again... The battery is put in correctly and I have tried turning it on whith the charger in it.
