How is the S6 Edge palm swipe doing this to my PC?

I was playing around with the 'palm swipe' option to take a screen capture on the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge when I noticed each swipe was setting off a small light on the bottom right hand corner of my HP Omni.

I've uploaded a video of it happening on youtube. https: //youtu.be/ YVv8GFkb47U Each time the light flashes I'm swiping my palm across the screen. I don't have the phone USB plugged in. Bluetooth is turned off on both phone and computer. WiFi is on.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Or if it's doing anything besides setting off a light?
