Google voice search want more access?

My galaxy S4 just required a new set of permissions in order for Google Voice search to work. Is this going to be a security issue for me? Id asked to have access to almost everything on my phone.

Welcome to the forums. Since it's from Google, I wouldn't worry too much about security. If it was from an unknown third party developer, that would be a different story.
