How can I create a chart that is reusable and shareable "via sms or email" to record employee hours on a weekly basis. I would like to be able to save the employees names and have a column for each day of the week. After sending it, I would like to be able to delete the hours I entered, and start again for the next week.( without having to re-enter all the employee names and the days of the week.
