GS6 Notification Reminder bug - vibrate won't turn off when set to off.

I am using the built-in Notification Reminder feature for the Galaxy S6. I only want the LED to flash, I don't want the phone to vibrate on the reminder. So I set the vibrate setting to 'off' in the Notification Reminder settings. This did not work. My notification reminders still vibrate every 5 min along with the LED flash. I even tried toggling the swtich on then off then restarting the phone. Did not work. Is this a bug? Is there a fix? I really like the feature, but not when I am sitting in a meeting and my phone vibrates every 5 min for one text message. Please help!
