Gray screen on dragon touch tablet model A93

[AC Question]

My sons tablet is showing a gray screen when turned on. You can hear the sound of it powering on but then the screen is just gray with lines through it. I have tried the reset button on the back and believe I have also tried the hard reset using the power button and volume button. Any other advice?

Welcome to Android Central! The screen either failed, or the connection came loose. Bring it to a repair shop to check.
