MyGalaxy S4 Voicemail notification is on even though I have no v-mail. Can I turn it off?? Help!!

I live in an area where I don't get service, so I called vmail on a landline and deleted. Notification was still there so I drove out to an area with good service and did it again. Notification still is happening like every 10 minutes.

I rebooted. nothing.
