My password notes app by Guardam. Is not accepting my password. how will I retrieve my data

I have installed PASSWORD NOTES by Guardam.
The password which was being accepted hitherto is now being rejected.
I have very important data stored,
The option button at the bottom right is also not functioning.
How will I retrieve my important data.
Please advise.
