Why wont my watch come on?

OK so I just got my watch today and the power on button is stuck this watch is called the Bluetooth watch international SmartWatch and I don't know what to do its on the charger

I am not familiar with the brand, I did a google search but it was too generic to get a sense of what the watch was. Can you post a pic or link to it. Sounds like it could be a bad power switch, if so and you just got it I would get it replaced.
