Getting sound on videos but no picture on Galaxy 5

[AC Question]

Open videos on Facebook and the video plays the first time but it will not play again. I get sound but no picture just the "downloading circle". Sometimes the video will not show a picture just sound only.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this only happen with the Facebook app? What about other streaming videos apps, like YouTube?

Is your Facebook app completely up to date? Also, try going to Settings>Apps, select Facebook, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open it again and log back in. Does it still happen?
