Unfortunately set up wizard has stopped

[AC Question]

I have factory reset my Samsung S3 and now on the Welcome page when I hit English the unfortunately set up wizard has stopped and I can't get any further will not let me do anything please help. Thank you

Welcome to Android Central! Any reason why you did a factory reset? Was it malfunctioning before?
