If I manually disable moto assist sleeping mode how do I re-enable it?

It´s midnight and my moto assist sleep mode automatically has my phone shut off just as itś supposed to. But I´m expecting an important call so I click the Not Now button which turns the sleep mode off. I get my call, the phone rings just as it should but now I want to go to sleep and re-enable sleep mode. I can´t figure out how to do this. All I can do is wait for the next day when sleep mode will reset itself at the normal time I have programmed into the settings. I don´t want to add this person as an exception so that they can ring through when I´m in sleep mode. I want to be able to turn sleep mode off temporarily then re-enable it manually. I can turn it off, but I can´t turn it back on. Any ideas?
