Problem with Samsung Galaxy Note 2

I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet. No one was using it so it dropped in just plain toilet water. I dried it out and got everything to work fine but now it keeps saying battery is at a low temperature and won't charge. Any ideas?

Leave the device powered off with the battery removed for a few hours. Try powering back on and see if that helps. If not, then there is water damage to the device which can't be repaired. Instead the device needs to be replaced.

Also try to vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner, but don't use hair dryer, because it may damage it.
