I can't transfer files from my device's storage to my memory card on my PC.

How can I transfer photos and videos from my device's internal storage to my memory card. The device is low on storage and my card is of 32GB so the space is not a problem. Help me out as I want to download apps. The device's internal storage is only 4GB from which about 20MB is available. My phone is a Samsung galaxy core 2.

Welcome to Android Central! Connect the phone to your computer via USB, and make sure the connection is set to MTP. You should see the phone's Internal Storage and microSD card show up separately in Windows Explorer. You can then drag and drop files.
