I have a samsung lte and the camara stopped working a message comes up camara not reslonding

You can try Settings, Apps, All, Camera, and select Clear Cache.
....Also Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app is causing trouble.
....But it could simply be a hardware camera failure, which I think is more likely.
