ASUS MeMO Pad 8 (ME181C) Stuck in bootloop, even after factory reset!

This august I bought a refurbished Asus Memo 8 off amazon for a steal. Past few days have been a serious headache! The device will not boot past the Asus ( wheel of dots?) and I have reset and deleted all data three times with ZERO affect on the device, I have searched for solutions on how to access the device via PC using the ADB interface?( I have no idea) Fastboot interface ( which command prompt can't seem to keep up more than a micro second) And trying to figure out how to upload firmware updates to device via adb, but have no idea where to get these firmware updates, since the Asus website HAS ZERO to offer? I feel as if Iam over my head here. Help??
