Samsung Note 2 does not start after charging (hot)

I drained the original Samsung battery till the Note 2 (GT-N7100) turned itself off, then attached the charger. After a few hours I found it with a bright, white screen and quite hot. After turning it off (long press on the power button) and removing the battery, I inserted it into a Li-Ion-battery charger and found it 1/3 charged. I put another, fully charged battery into the phone but it shows no signs of life. Has a fuse blown in it somewhere? Does anybody know which of those 2-pin black components are fuses? PC-board layout, anyone?
