I lock myself out of my samsung phone

I locked myself out of my Samsung note 4 , it keeps telling me to setup wizard

Hi, are you locked out or is it trying to perform a setup wizard as the two are very different things. If you are locked out you shouldn't be able to see past the lock screen, if it asks you to perform a setup wizard the phone must have been reset at some point and now it wants you to start from scratch.
