LG Optimus F3 frozen. Says Secure Booting Error! Cause: boot certification verify

[AC Question]

This is an older phone that I gave to my daughter to use more like a tablet. It does not have a sim card in it to be used as a phone. I have not made any alterations to it, meaning I have not rooted it or anything like that. I don't know how to do that stuff. When I try plugging the phone into the computer it doesn't recognize that either. Please help

Can you get into the bootloader and do a factory data reset?

No. I can't access anything. I take the battery out and try turning it back on and goes right to that screen again.

Im having the same problem my phone dont turn on, it says
