I can not install apps on my Samsung galaxy tablet 10.1.

When I want to install apps in wifi or mobile connections. It sends an error in connecting the server. So the apps are not installed. I would be grateful to help me in this regard. I just opened a new Gmail address to activate my tablet, since I forgot my password for the previous account.

Try rebooting first sometimes that will solve it. If not, go into settings, applications, all apps then scroll down to google play store and clear cache

Yes, clearing app cache should solve your problem. If problem persists try wiping system cache via recovery.
