Side Sync Fail - drag and drop doesn't work.

[AC Question]

I installed the latest Side Sync on both phone and PC (WIN10). I can see the phone on the PC, open the virtual phone screen, grab a photo from gallery, but when I drag to PC it only creates a temp file, and the JPG never copies. I've tried this with multiple jpgs and multiple movie files, Both Side Sync versions are up to date. Samsung note-4, also up to date.

Can you copy it over windows Explorer?
