I cant drag and drop photos using sidesync on my new Note 8

[Android Central Question]

I have installed side-sync to both Note 8 and computer every thing connects and does all the functions except it wont allow my to drag and drop photos. i have tried every thing I can think of even reinstalled the program. Does anyone have an answer for me. Cheers Cam
