I can send email messages but I can't receive email messages on my Samsung Galaxy S 4G

[AC Question]

In the past I was able to send and receive email messages from my hotmail account, I traveled abroad and I changed the chip from the local company, when I came back to USA I put my original chip and everything works except that I unable to receive email messages when I go to account settings then I go Incoming settings to double check my email address and password and I tap on "next" after the checking incoming server setting message I get the following message "Setup could not finish - user name or password incorrect
