App icons keep disappearing or mooving

[AC Question]

Every time I start to use my Android phone,
. I find one or two app icons moved or disappeared from their usual places. Its easy to put them back,.but I wish there was an app to keep the app icons from being accidentally moved. Its not a security issue like all screen locks seem to a address, it s more one oof keeping the icons where I wasn't them until such time I intentional want to move or remove them

Are they moving from the home screen, the app drawer or somewhere else?
Are you using the stock Launcher or a 3rd party app?
