My phone has been hacked, what can I do?

My phone has been hacked by a spam message and whenever I unlock my phone this message will come on my screen and won't go off, I try to reset it but the message will come on before I have a chance to. What can i do because HTC's office is closed?

Welcome to the forums. You can try doing a reset, by going into the bootloader. Which HTC device do you have?
