Think I have been hacked or invaded my space

I went to cops there dumb and have no idea of what I talked about I have went and bought a new phone with no other phone but the one I just purchased before I made it to my room door I noticed someone has made me a Samsung account I take phone back they tell me if I can't unlock I can't return phone mind you I just bought day before explained situation so gd news since my phone i get all the codes sent to me well we were trying to change it it was being changed as well she freaked out and couldn't explain the situation as well so we returned phone by grace of faith and now when asked to write a report explained unable to however no matter who comes through my door they start to see the same issues I cleaned my house have no cameras and been hell for more then a year I'm losing it here and now I try to ignore all my phone changes and everything else strange with my devices
