Xperia Z3 Android Lollipop Lock Screen Dark Filter Issue

I apologize if this question has been asked, I tried Google searching but to no avail.
After I updated my Xperia Z3, my phone's lock screen has a dark filter added over to any image I set as my Lock Screen Wallpaper.
Problem occured only after I updated to Android Lollipop? Is there any way to fix this?
I was also wondering if Android 6.0 Marshmallow is out for Sony? If so, should I download it or does it have a lot od glitches as well?

I would try to do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem

that is not a glitch thats just how the lock screen looks... i have the same phone.. if you want you can try using a lock screen app that might change your look...
