My 'Xolo black' Phone not starting

[AC Question]

Yesterday, my phone's battery was completely drained off. So immediately I connected to charger and after a couple of minutes later, switched on. it was working. but all of sudden it got switched off. even tough it is conected to 7 hrs to charger. when it is connected to charger, reg light is seen and goes off when it is disconnected from charger.
What could be the reason?
How to make my phone working?
The phone is just 5 months old.

Welcome to Android Central! Leave it plugged into a wall outlet overnight without disturbing it. Then try powering on again. If it still doesn't power on, then the battery might have failed. Try a new one.
