My mobile keep saying 'unable to receive email what can i do'?

I have Samsung Galaxy J7 and I'm receiving continuously 'unable to receive email check imap'. I'm checking imap and i can't see notthing wrong.

Welcome to Android Central! Are those notifications appearing in the status bar, or are they popping up along the bottom as "toast" notifications?

I assume you're using the stock Email app--which email providers are you using? Try removing your email accounts, then adding them back again.

I've had that problem before and I just remove the password and type it in again
