How do I sync calendar and contacts on M8 with Roadrunner Email

[AC Question]

I have an HTC one M8 and use Roadrunner for email. My local client on my Toshiba laptop running Windows 10 is Outlook 2016. I am using POP protocol.

I can see all my emails on my M8 and Outlook 2016.

I cannot see my calendar items or my contacts on Outlook 2016.

However, in my Outlook.com account (on-line) I can see my Calendar and Contacts (as well as on my M8).
