my samsung mega galaxy will not work-error message

my samsung mega galaxy will not work. when i put in my password to access the phone it says the process com.android.systemui has stopped and then it won't let me do anything else. There is also no wifi connection on the device.

You can try booting in to your recovery and wiping the cached partition.
