Weird button on galaxy S5 lockscreen that disables touchcreen

[AC Question]

A few days ago a weird button that looks like a remote button appeared on my lockscreen but whenever I press it, my touchscreen gets disabled. The button can be moved but not deleted. And comes and goes on the lockscreen. Anyone know what it is? (It's small and the symbol looks like a wii remote top)
