That's difficult to answer, because as well as not knowing what was the cause of the trouble in the first place, we have now to consider two extra layers of complexity:
1) We don't know whether the replacement parts were good.
2) We don't know whether the repair was done correctly (with no disrespect to yourself).

Putting the phone into the hands of a repairer may be the best way.
