How do I fix my battery?

My phone has been owned since 2015, maybe a little before, but i have already gone through 2 batteries in the last 4 months or so? I plug in my charger and it always says it is charging, but then the percentage goes down. sometimes i leave the battery out for an hour or so, and it works until it hits like 80 and then it stops charging and it says my charger isnt plugged in. right now, its completely dead, it turns onto the samsung little logo then dies. i have no idea what to do!

There are hundreds of charging docks on eBay for every imaginable battery (well, maybe not for your Tesla Model S but for phone batteries) and they're not that expensive - at least that way you can narrow down the possibilities. I'm assuming you're out of warranty...try changing your charging setup however you can, new charger, different cord. Hope that helps.
