After getting a new SD card, the Play Store hasn't been working. (Multiple problems)

I just got a new SD card and transfered all my info to it. Now when I try to download an app in the play store, it continually says downloading even though nothing is happening. Also when I try to update an app, it will get to 100% then restart the download 3 times then give me a 963 or 907 error. I've tried deleting cache and deleting data. Neither have worked. This is very frusterating since I have been looking forward to extra space on my phone for games. I don't want to reset my phone to factory settings and have run out of ideas. Please help, nothings more irritating than having 25 GB of space on external drive and not being able to use it.

You may need to factory reset. How long has this problem been occurring? If you want a day it may correct itself. Otherwise, I suggest a reset.

If I were to put all my downloaded apps onto my SD card, would I still have them after reseting the phone? Also, would the problems still be there?
