LG G4 not sending texts to another G4, but other G4 doesn't receive it.

My girlfriend and I both have G4's on AT&T. About once a day I will send her a text and it show me that it sent fine but she never receives it. Just a standard text not a picture or anything. I'm using Textra and she is using the stock messaging app. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I guess I could, but I'm assuming that's going to be a uphill battle. I doubt they will want to replace a phone that doesn't receive one text a day

Sorry, I didn't mean to ask them for a replacement--I meant to ask them if there were any issues with the network, or any specific issues with your G4 in relation to the network.
