Why is "Tap to Configure Wi-Fi" consistently in Notifications Settings Dropdown

[AC Question]

I recently updated my Verizon Note 5 to Marshmallow. The Wi-Fi seems to be working fine and my connection is fine, but the Notifications Settings dropdown consistently has a notification that say "Tap to Configure Wi-Fi" as if something is not configured properly. Any idea what may be happening here? Thank you
