Setting Message Tones for Texts from Emails

I regularly receive texts from an automated system at my work. There is a phone number and an email address associated with that system. I have both saved under the same contact in my phone, and I have both a unique ringtone and a unique message tone applied. If I got a text from the phone number or an email from the email address, I would get the unique message tone. However, the text actually comes from the email address, and the message tone that sounds is my default tone, which is not sufficient to wake me up, which is necessary. They also gave me a pager for this exact reason, which is what I'm currently relying upon, but I don't want to have to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
