Twitter article saying I have 2 viruses and battery damage

It was one of the articles on Twitter that have 4 or 5 pages and you hit next. Do I really have a virus and battery damage or is it just trying to get me to download something worse? It said not to x off the page and it has a timer

It's probably an advertisement trying to get you to install an app or service. To be safe, factory reset.
