Samsung Update ,locked me out of my phone!

[AC Question]

Today I ran an update on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5, the phone restarted on it's own and now it wants my fingerprint which never worked instead I would enter my password. IT NO LONGER OFFERS ME THE OPTION! SMH!
Any ideas how I can get around this? #don'tbuysamsung

there should be an option to sign in via email verification somewhere.sorry to hear that.
