I am getting this error message frequently:

I am getting this error message frequently: "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped."

It seems to have started after the ICS upgrade. What does it mean? is there an issue? Is there something I can do to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Do you have any media on a SD card? If so, it's possible one of those media files is corrupt. Try unmounting the card (in Settings>Storage) and removing it, and then see if the errors persist. Insert the card into your computer and run chkdsk to look for bad sectors: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html
