Gf can't recieve my texts

It's kind of frustraiting. I can recieve her texts but she can't recieve mine, we are both on galaxy s6 edge plus and both on the mobile. This has been a problem for a couple days and t-mobile doesn't know. Phone calls back and forth work, just texts. I've checked her block list and I'm not blocked either. Tried clearing app data both in contacts and messaging app. Any help is appreciated thank you

Did either of you have an iPhone before the S6?

That was my first thought, but if it's only the past couple of days, I'd suspect TMobile has a problem the stores aren't aware of and, as soon as Engineering figures out what it is, they'll fix it.
