Only phone numbers showing in Contacts list, no names when 'display all' is checked

Hi, I have an Galaxy S6 v6.0.1. I just got a replacement as my last one was destroyed. I have two gmail accounts. I use Textra and Signal. Suddenly today, contacts from one of my gmail accounts only show up as phone numbers under the Contacts app, and does NOT display names in both Textra and Signal.

Under my Contacts app, I have tried switching back and forth between the two Gmail accounts
[Contacts>More>Settings>Contacts to Display>Gmail1 or Contacts>More>Settings>Contacts to Display>Gmail2]

When I Display only Gmail1;
--under Textra/Signal I can only see names entered under Gmail1
--under Contacts I can only see full entries entered under Gmail1 (names, numbers, all)

When I Display only Gmail2;
--under Textra/Signal I can only see names entered under Gmail1
--BUT under Contacts I can only see full entries entered under Gmail2(names, numbers, all)

When I Display ALL;
----under Textra/Signal I can only see names entered under Gmail1
--BUT under Contacts I can only full entries for Gmail1; HOWEVER all of the *phone numbers but NOT the names* are also displayed for Gmail2

Here are the settings:

--Contacts>More>Settings>Contacts to Display>All Contacts
--App permissions>contacts> are all ON
--App permissions>email>all ON
--App permissions>Gmail>all ON
--Accounts>Email>BOTH gmail accounts are Synced
--Accounts>Google>BOTH gmail accoutns are Synced
--Under change system settings>enabled>gmail is OFF but won't allow me to turn it on

Is there some kind of setting in the actual Gmail accounts I don't know about? Please help! And thanks!!!
