lm not able to download new app and not able to update my installed app from Google Play Store

I can't update my installed app and also not able to download new app from the Google Play Store since last 15 days it's getting paused whenever I try it.

Something must be up with Google again. Several threads have been created about this issue in recent days. I just tried updating several apps to see what would happen and it just gets stuck on downloading. Google messing up again, I guess.
