Should I upgrade from HTC One M7 to HTC 10?

I currently have an M7 and really like HTC phones but I've also had overheating issues with the M7 which could be due to age. However, I really like the 4.7" screen and am not sure if I will like using a bigger phone. Torn on deciding to upgrade.
