I have Moto G2 phone, screen showing green dotted box and app page is not showing properly.

I have Moto G2 phone, from morning the screen showing green dotted box when i try to select anything. Setting option is not accessible. I am also unable to access app pages except 1st page of app. So setting is not accessible.

Please tell me how to get rid of it?

Welcome to the forums! Have you tried swiping with two fingers instead of just one? Can you open apps if you double tap on them? Maybe something got enabled on your accessibility settings.
